LICENSING FINANCE POLICY DIVISION
License

means a license, registration, or permission, by whatever name called, granted under the Indian Telegraph Act, 1885 for provision of telecommunication services or telecommunication network and the word “licensee” shall be construed accordingly;

License Fee
The Licensee shall pay Licence Fee as a percentage of Adjusted Gross Revenue (AGR) for providing telecom services on basis of licenses granted by DoT.
