81 Authorisation | Internet Service Authorisation - NSO
  1. Certified copy of the Board Resolution, on the applicant’s letterhead, authorising the submission of the application by the applicant.
  2. Certified copy of the Board Resolution, on the applicant’s letterhead, authorising the person signing the application to be the authorised signatory for the purposes of submission of the application and all matters associated therewith.
  3. Power of Attorney in favour of the authorised signatory.
  4. Certified copy of appointment letter of auditor by resolution of the Board of Directors and acceptance letter from the auditor.
  5. Certified copy of certificate of incorporation along with Articles of Association and Memorandum of Association. (The Memorandum of Association to have internet services as one of its main objects)
  6. Certificate in respect of net worth of the applicant.
  7. Certificate in respect of paid-up equity capital of the applicant.
  8. Certificate for breakup of paid-up equity capital into Indian and foreign equity and further breakup of foreign equity details.
  9. Certificate certifying that foreign direct investment (including from countries sharing land border with India), if any, in the applicant is in conformity with the policy issued by the Government of India from time to time in respect of FDI.
  10. Certificate certifying that the applicant meets the eligibility criteria under rule 5 of the Telecommunications (Authorisation for Provision of Principal Telecommunication Services) Rules, 2026.

  6. FDI related declarations and foreign investment details, wherever applicable.
  7. Undertaking regarding prohibited investors.
  8. Compliance certificate regarding cross-holding restrictions.
  9. Details of ownership, management, and control structure.
  10. Application form and declarations as specified on the portal.
  11. Security and lawful interception compliance undertakings.
  12. Technical and network deployment details relating to long distance services.
  13. Interconnection and network architecture details, wherever required.
84 Authorisation | Long Distance Service Authorisation - VNO
  1. Certificate of Incorporation issued under Telecommunications Act, 2023
  2. Memorandum and Articles of Association.
  3. Board Resolution authorising submission of application.
  4. Shareholding pattern and beneficial ownership details.
